 Description of Material Information or        On November 18, 2025, Pyfa Australia Pty Ltd, a company

                                               which is a controlled entity of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk.
                                               (Company) has entered into a Share Subscription Agreement
                                               with SMG Management Limited, a business entity incorporated
                                               under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, in connection with
                                               SMG Management Limited's plan to subscribe for redeemable
                                               convertible Class B preference shares in PAPL (Agreement).

                                               The Agreement is executed under the following terms:

                                               (a) Transaction Date: November 18, 2025

                                               (b) Transaction Object and Value: SMG Management Limited's
                                               subscription of redeemable convertible Class B preference
                                               shares in PAPL in an aggregate amount of up to AUD
                                               20,000,000.

                                               (c) Names of Parties Entering into the Transaction: SMG
                                               Management Limited and Pyfa Australia Pty Ltd

                                               (d) Transaction Description: Redeemable convertible Class B
                                               preference shares are Class B preferred shares with
                                               convertible redemption rights. This transaction is carried out to
                                               increase PAPL's capital structure.
