Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 13 November 2025, Zyrex menerima pesanan
pembelian sebesar 120.358 unit laptop dengan total nilai
transaksi sekitar Rp793 miliar dari Kementerian Pendidikan,
Dasar & Menengah untuk Pengadaan Peralatan Teknologi
Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak Operasional: meningkatnya volume dan kapasitas
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan produksi untuk memenuhi 120.358 unit memerlukan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, penyesuaian pada jadwal produksi, manajemen rantai
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pasokan, dan tambahan tenaga kerja produksi.
Perusahaan Publik Dampak Keuangan: kontrak pemerintah dengan nilai sekitar
Rp793 miliar akan meningkatkan arus kas masuk secara
bertahap sesuai klausul pembayaran, memperbaiki likuiditas,
dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap proyeksi
pendapatan.
Dampak Hukum/compliance: transaksi dilakukan dengan
memenuhi kepatuhan terhadap aturan PBJ, persyaratan
kualitas, sertifikasi, serta audit dan penerimaan oleh pihak
berwenang yang dilakukan pada platform e-katalog v6 .
Dampak Kelangsungan usaha: Kontrak ini dapat memperkuat
posisi Zyrex sebagai produsen TIK dalam negeri,
meningkatkan citra merek, dan potensi siklus bisnis yang lebih
stabil.

Description of Material Information or On November 13, 2025, Zyrex received a purchase order for
Facts 120,358 laptop units with a total transaction value of
approximately IDR 793 billion from the Ministry of Primary &
Secondary Education for the Procurement of Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) Equipment.
Impact of event, material information or Operational Impact: Increased production volume and capacity
facts towards Issuers or Public to meet the 120,358 unit requirement requires adjustments to
Company’s operational activities, legal, production schedules, supply chain management, and
financial condition, or going concern additional production labor.
Financial Impact: The government contract, valued at
approximately IDR 793 billion, will gradually increase cash
inflows in accordance with the payment clause, improve
liquidity, and positively impact revenue projections.
Legal/Compliance Impact: The transaction is conducted in
compliance with procurement regulations, quality
requirements, certification, and audits and acceptance by
authorities conducted on the e-catalog v6 platform.
Business Continuity Impact: This contract will strengthen
Zyrex's position as a domestic ICT manufacturer, enhance its
brand image, and potentially stabilize the business cycle.
