Other material information or facts. 3. | Uraian Transaksi Material Description of Material Transaction Perseroan telah menerima surat persetujuan dari BEI No.S-13066/BEI.PP2/11-2025 tertanggal 13 November 2025 yang menyetujui pengalihan Saham Treasuri yaitu sebanyak 44.423.900 (empat puluh empat juta empat ratus dua puluh tiga ribu sembilan ratus) saham melalui mekanisme pengurangan modal, sehingga mengakibatkan penurunan modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh pada Perseroan dengan perincian sebagai berikut:
