Material pengunduran diri dari Ibu Sheila Maria Tiwan dari jabatannya
Description of Material sebagai Direktur Utama. Selanjutnya, Perseroan akan mengikuti
Information of Fact dan menjalankan ketentuan-ketentuan yang diatur sesuai dengan
anggaran dasar Perseroan dan peraturan perundang-undangan
yang berlaku, termasuk untuk meminta persetujuan dari
pemegang saham atas pengunduran diri tersebut dan perubahan
susunan Direksi melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar
Biasa Perseroan.
On November 14, 2025, the Company received letters of
resignation from Mrs. Sheila Maria Tiwan from her position as a
President Director. Furthermore, the Company will follow and
implement the provisions stipulated in accordance with its article
of association and the relevant laws and regulations, including
obtaining the required approval from the shareholders for the
resignation and change of composition of Board of Directors of the
Company through an Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders.
