Panjaitan Perihal / Subject: Tanggapan atas Surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: S-12912/BEI.PP3/11- 2025 tanggal 11 November 2025 / Response to the Letter of Indonesia Stock Exchange No. S-12912/BEI.PP3/11-2025 dated 11 November 2025 Dengan hormat, Sehubungan dengan Surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor S-12912/BEI.PP3/11-2025 tanggal 11 November 2025 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan, bersama ini Perseroan menyampaikan tanggapan atas pertanyaan yang disampaikan Bursa Efek Indonesia kepada publik. Untuk kepentingan penyampaian tanggapan ini, PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk. beserta entitas anaknya, PT Kemang Food Industries (“KFI”), selanjutnya secara bersama-sama disebut sebagai “Perseroan”. Adapun penjelasan dan/atau tanggapan Perseroan adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Sehubungan dengan peningkatan utang lain- lain Perseroan pada periode 30 September 2025 agar disampaikan a. Latar belakang peningkatan utang lain- lain kepada pihak ketiga terutama kepada Moh Sjahrullah Tanggapan: Kenaikan utang lain-lain terjadi karena Perseroan memperoleh tambahan pinjaman dari pihak ketiga, yaitu Moh Sjahrullah. b. Tujuan peminjaman dana kepada Moh Sjahrullah. Tanggapan: Tujuan peminjaman dana adalah untuk memperkuat dan memperbaiki arus kas serta Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the Letter of Indonesia Stock Exchange No. S-12912/BEI.PP3/11-2025 dated 11 November 2025 regarding the Reguest for Explanation, the Company hereby conveys its tesponses to the guestions submitted by the Indonesia Stock Exchange to the public. For the purpose of this response, PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk. together with its subsidiary, PT Kemang Food Industries (“KFI”), shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Company”. The explanations and/or responses of the Company are as follows: 1. In relation to the increase in the Company's other payables as of the period ended 30 September 2025, please provide the following information: a. The background of the increase in other payables to third parties, particularly to Moh Sjahrullah. Response: The increase in other payables occurred as the Company obtained additional loans from a third party, namely Moh Sjahrullah. b. The purpose of the loan obtained from Moh Sjahrullah. Response: The purpose of the loan was to strengthen and improve the Company's cash flow and PT SENTRA FOOD INDONESIA Tbk. Sumber pendanaan pembayaran utang yang jatuh tempo dalam 1 tahun mengingat Perseroan hanya mencatatkan kas dan setara kas sebesar Rp581,57 juta pada periode 30 September 2025. Tanggapan: Sumber pendanaan untuk pembayaran utang yang jatuh tempo dalam 1 (satu) tahun akan berasal dari hasil penjualan dan laba usaha Perseroan. Sehubungan dengan peningkatan utang lain- lain Perseroan pada periode 30 September 2025 agar disampaikan: a. Latar belakang peningkatan utang usaha Tanggapan: Kenaikan utang usaha Perseroan disebabkan oleh peningkatan pembelian bahan baku untuk mendukung proses produksi serta kenaikan harga bahan baku tersebut. b. Latar belakang peningkatan utang usaha Perseroan yang memiliki umur lebih dari 90 hari Tanggapan: Peningkatan utang usaha yang telah jatuh tempo lebih dari 90 hari disebabkan oleh perubahan skema dan jadwal pembayaran Perseroan kepada pemasok. Informasi tentang rencana Perseroan untuk mengeluarkan saham dan/atau Efek Bersifat Ekuitas lainnya dalam waktu 12 bulan setelah tanggal efektif (jika ada). Tanggapan: Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana penerbitan saham dan/atau Efek Bersifat Ekuitas lainnya oleh Perseroan dalam waktu 12 (dua belas) bulan setelah tanggal efektif, selain yang telah disampaikan Perseroan kepada publik. Penjelasan mengenai informasi/kejadian penting lainnya yang material yang akan dilakukan Perseroan pada masa yang datang dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup Perseroan serta dapat mempengaruhi 3 financial position. Cc. The source of funds for the payment of debts maturing within one year, considering that the Company only recorded cash and cash eguivalents amounting to Rp581.57 million in the period of 30 September 2025. Response: The source of funds for the repayment of debts maturing within one (1) year will come from the Company's sales proceeds and operating profits. In relation to the increase in Other Payables, please provide: a. The background of the increase in trade payables Response: The increase in the Company's trade payables was due to higher purchases of raw materials to support the production process aswellas an increase in raw material prices. b. The background of the increase in trade payables with an age of more than 90 days Response: The increase in trade payables that have been outstanding for more than 90 days was due to changes in the Company's payment scheme and schedule to suppliers. Information regarding the Company's plan to issue shares and/or other eguity securities within 12 months after the effective date (if any) Response: As of the date of this letter, the Company has no plan to issue shares and/or other Eguity Securities within 12 (twelve) months after the effective date, other than those that have been disclosed by the Company to the public. Explanation on any other material information and/or significant future events that may affect the Company's going concern and/or the Company's share price. PT SENTRA FOOD INDONESIA Tbk.
