Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Utang Usaha Pihak Ketiga: perusahaan mengalami
peningkatan signifikan pada utang usaha sebasar 63,35% jika
dibandingkan dengan saldo 31 Desember 2024, hal ini
disebabkan adanya peningkatan pembelian barang dan jasa
untuk menunjang pembangunan pabrik baru perseroan di
daerah Batang, Jawa Tengah.
2. Utang Jangka Panjang: Perusahaan mengalami
peningkatan signifikan pada utang usaha sebesar 100%, jika
dibandingkan dengan saldo 31 Desember 2024, hal ini
disebabkan adanya pencairan fasilitas pinjaman dari bank
BCA, untuk pembiayaan investasi pembangunan gedung
pabrik baru di daerah Batang, Jawa Tengah
