menyampaikan penjelasan adanya perubahan sebesar
2076 atau lebih atas Total Liabilitas pada Laporan
Keuangan per September 2025 dibandingkan Total
Liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan per 31 Desember
2024 bahwa Total Liabilitas Perseroan mengalami
penurunan sebesar USD 14,012,626 (2254) terutama
disebabkan oleh penurunan utang usaha akibat dari
menurunnya aktivitas transaksi impor barang jadi dan
pembelian bahan baku sepanjang tahun 2025 sebagai
dampak dari turunnya permintaan dari konsumen.

Indonesia Number Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021
concerning Amendments to Regulation Number I-E
Concerning Obligations for Submitting Information
dated January 29, 2021, hereby PT Goodyear
Indonesia Tbk (“the Company”) submits an
explanation of a change of 20Y6 or more in Total
Liabilities in the Financial Statements as of September
2025 compared to Total Liabilities of the Company in
the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024 that
Total Liabilities decreased by USD 14,012,626 (2244)
mainly due to decrease in trade payables from lower
finished goods import and purchases of raw materials
throughout 2025 as a result of the decrease in
consumer demand.
