In order to comply with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia

Komisaris Perseroan.
Pengunduran diri tersebut akan efektif setelah diputuskan oleh Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham.
The Company has received resignation letter from Mr. Agung Cahyadi
Kusumo, as the President Director of the Company, as well as letters
from Mr. Farhan Rio Gunawan and Mr. Kusnarto, as the Commissioners
of the Company.

The resignation will be effective on the date determined by the General
Meeting of Shareholders.
