Merujuk kepada Peraturan OJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau
Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (“POJK No. 31”) dan Surat Keputusan Direksi BEI
No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022 tentang Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi (“Peraturan BEI I-E”), bersama ini kami sampaikan informasi
material sebagai berikut:
Referring to the OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Material Information or Facts of
Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK No. 31”) and the Decision of the Chairman of the BEI No. Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022 on Regulation No. I-E on Obligation to Information
Disclosure (“IDX Regulation I-E”), we hereby inform you of the following material information:

jangka waktu penyelesaian renovasi dimaksud.
Temporary suspension of operations of Hotel Pusako
Bukittinggi for renovation and facility improvement purposes
is effective January 1st, 2026.
The renovation period has not yet been determined pending
completion of the technical assessment.
3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Berdasarkan Risalah Rapat Direksi tanggal 10 November
Material / Description of 2025 dan disetujui secara terpisah melalui Keputusan
Information or Material Facts Sirkuler Pengganti Rapat Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 11
November 2025, Perseroan memutuskan untuk
menghentikan sementara operasional Hotel Pusako
Bukittinggi untuk tujuan renovasi fasilitas dan perbaikan
infrastruktur.

Keputusan ini diambil dengan mempertimbangkan
kebutuhan renovasi menyeluruh terhadap fasilitas hotel
guna menjaga standar kualitas layanan dan keselamatan
tamu. Proses renovasi akan dimulai dalam waktu dekat,
dengan jangka waktu yang akan ditentukan kemudian
setelah kajian teknis selesai.
Sehubungan dengan penghentian sementara ini, Perseroan
sedang melakukan kajian terhadap kebutuhan tenaga kerja
di unit tersebut dan tidak menutup kemungkinan terjadinya
penyesuaian jumlah karyawan sesuai kebutuhan
operasional serta ketentuan hukum ketenagakerjaan yang
berlaku.
Based on the Minutes of the Board of Directors’ Meeting dated
10 November 2025, and approved separately through the
Circular Resolution of the Board of Commissioners dated 11
November 2025, the Company has decided to temporarily
suspend the operations of Hotel Pusako Bukittinggi in order
to carry out facility renovation and infrastructure
improvement.
This decision was made considering the need for a
comprehensive renovation to maintain service quality and
guest safety standards. The renovation will commence
shortly, with the duration to be determined following the
completion of technical assessments.
In relation to this suspension, the Company is reviewing the
workforce requirements at the hotel and does not rule out the
possibility of workforce adjustments in accordance with
operational needs and prevailing labor laws and regulations.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau 1. Dampak Kegiatan Operasional / Operational
fakta material tersebut terhadap Impact:

kondisi keuangan atau kegiatan hotel lain dalam jaringan Perseroan tetap

2. Dampak Hukum / Legal Impact:
Tidak terdapat sengketa hukum yang timbul akibat
keputusan ini pada saat pelaporan.
There are no legal disputes arising from this decision as
of the date of reporting.
3. Dampak Terhadap Kondisi Keuangan:
Berdasarakan laporan konsolidasi kuartal 3 tahun
buku 2025, Hotel Pusako berkontribusi sekitar 7%
pendapatan dan 2% terhadap total aset. Dampak
terhadap kinerja Perseroan secara konsolidasi
diperkirakan tidak material.

Based on the Company’s consolidated financial
statements for the third quarter of 2025, Hotel Pusako
contributed approximately 7% to consolidated revenue
and 2% to total assets.The impact on the Company’s
consolidated performance is considered not material.
4. Dampak Ketenagakerjaan / Employment Impact:
Perseroan akan melakukan evaluasi dan komunikasi
dengan karyawan terdampak sesuai ketentuan UU
Ketenagakerjaan, termasuk opsi penempatan ulang,
perumahan sementara, atau PHK dengan pemberian
hak normatif.
The Company will conduct evaluation and
communication with affected employees in accordance
with labor regulations, including options for
reassignment, temporary leave, or termination with the
payment of statutory entitlements.
5. Dampak Kelangsungan Usaha:
Operasional hotel lain dalam jaringan Perseroan tetap
berjalan normal. Perseroan juga memiliki likuiditas dan
posisi keuangan yang cukup untuk menanggung biaya
renovasi serta kewajiban ketenagakerjaan selama
masa penghentian Setelah renovasi, hotel diharapkan
dapat memberikan peningkatan pendapatan dan nilai
aset.
Peristiwa ini tidak berdampak material terhadap
kelangsungan usaha Perseroan secara konsolidasi.
Other hotels within the Company’s network continue to
operate normally. The Company maintains adequate
liquidity and a sound financial position to cover
renovation expenses and employee obligations during
the suspension period.
Following the renovation, the hotel is expected to
contribute to higher revenue and asset value.
This event does not have a material impact on the
Company’s consolidated going concern.
5. Keterangan lain-lain / Other Keputusan ini ditetapkan melalui Rapat Direksi tanggal 10
information November 2025, dengan memperhatikan persetujuan
Dewan Komisaris sesuai Anggaran Dasar Perseroan.
This decision was made at the Board of Directors’ Meeting
on 10 November 2025, with due consideration and approval
from the Board of Commissioners in accordance with the
Company’s Articles of Association.
