IDSS energy and infrastructure 3 | Uraian informasi atau fakta material information or facts Description of material Perseroan telah menyediakan dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan/atau pengembalian dana serta bunga dan/atau imbal hasil keempat Obligasi dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan I Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tahap III Tahun 2024 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 6 Desember 2025 dengan tingkat bunga tetap dan/atau imbal hasil sebesar 6,546 per tahun. Dana tersebut akan disetorkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia sebelum tanggal 6 Desember 2025. The Company has prepared funds for the repayment of the principal and/or return of funds as well as payment of the fourth interest and/or yield of Shelf Registration Bonds and Sukuk Mudharabah |! Dian Swastatika Sentosa Phase III Year 2024 Series A which will mature on December 6, 2025 with a fixed interest rate and/or yield ratio of 6.546 per annum. The funds will be transferred to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia before December 6, 2025. 4 | Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kelangsungan usaha emiten The impact of such material facts on operational activities, legal and financial kondisi keuangan, atau events, information, or conditions, or business continuity of the issuer Tidak terdapat dampak material atas informasi material berupa pelunasan pokok dan/atau pengembalian dana serta bunga dan/atau imbal hasil keempat Obligasi dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan | Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tahap III Tahun 2024 Seri A terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
