Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada hari Senin 10 November 2025, Perseroan melaksanakan
Seremoni Peletakan Batu Pertama untuk pembangunan
gedung baru di RS DKH Cibadak. Pembangunan gedung baru
ini merupakan bentuk realisasi terhadap dana hasil penawaran
umum yang telah Perseroan peroleh pada Mei 2025 lalu. Hal
ini juga sejalan dengan apa yang telah Perseroan sampaikan
di dalam Prospektus Perseroan.
Pembangunan gedung baru ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan
kapasitas pelayanan rawat inap dan rawat jalan di RS DKH
Cibadak. Proyek pembangunan gedung baru ditargetkan akan
selesai dalam kurun waktu 10 bulan.

Description of Material Information or On Monday, November 10, 2025, the Company held a
Facts Groundbreaking Ceremony for the construction of a new
building at DKH Hospitals Cibadak. The development of this
new building represents the realization of funds raised from the
initial public offering (IPO) completed in May 2025. This
initiative is also in line with the disclosures previously stated in
the Company's Prospectus.
The construction of the new building aims to enhance the
inpatient and outpatient service capacity at DKH Hospitals
Cibadak. The project is targeted to be completed within a
period of 10 months.
