surat perikatan terkait akan tetap berlaku dan

Sungkoro & Surja dalam surat perikatan
diubah menjadi KAP Purwanto Susanti dan
Surja.

our organization. Our Public Accounting Firm
(“KAP”) has officially changed its name from
KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja to KAP
Purwanto Susanti dan Surja. Regulatory
license updates relating to this change of
name were completed on 18 July 2025.
All professional engagements made prior to
the above date between KAP Purwantono,
Sungkoro & Surja and PT Nippon Indosari
Corpindo Tbk as contained in the related
engagement letter will remain in effect and
any reference to KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro
& Surja in the engagement letter shall be
changed to KAP Purwanto Susanti dan Surja.
