Pengumuman Penggantian Sekretaris Perusahaan
Merujuk pada peraturan OJK No.35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik dan Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi yang
merupakan Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Jakarta No. KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30
September 2022, bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT
Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem (“Perseroan”) yang berlaku efektif sejak 10 November 2025,
Perseroan mengangkat Bapak Rudy Chandra sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan Perseroan
terhitung sejak tanggal 10 November 2025.

of Information Submission as Resolutions of Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Jakarta No. KEP
00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022, we herewith inform that under the Resolutions
of the Board of Directors of PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem (the "Company"), effective as of
