Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Medco Energi International (“MEDC”) pada tanggal 29

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT MEDCDRCG6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Indoesat Tbk (“MEDC”) dated 2nd June 2025, related to
Corporate Action – with the results of Tahunan General Meeting on the dated 28th May 2025, has
resolved, MEDC had a plan for the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid
as follows:
