Indonesia No.1-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi,
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa berdasarkan Keputusan
Sirkuler Direksi Perseroan tanggal 6 November 2025 yang telah
memperoleh persetujuan Dewan Komisaris sebagaimana
tercantum dalam Keputusan Sirkuler Dewan Komisaris Perseroan
tertanggal 6 November 2025, Perseroan akan membagikan
dividen interim sebesar Rp45.565.415.900,22 atau Rp2,63 per
saham (“Dividen Interim”) kepada para pemegang saham
Perseroan, dengan jadwal dan tata cara pembagian Dividen
Interim Tahun Buku 2025 sebagai berikut:
 In order to comply with: (i) OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015
 concerning Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers
 or Public Companies; and (ii) Indonesia Stock Exchange
 Regulation No. I-E concerning the Obligation to Submit
 Information, The Company hereby informs that, pursuant to the
 Circular Resolution of the Board of Directors dated November 6th,
 2025, which has received the approval of the Board of
 Commissioners as set forth in the Circular Resolution of the Board
 of Commissioners dated November 6th, 2025, the Company will
 distribute an interim dividend in the amount of
 Rp45,565,415,900.22 or Rp2.63 per share (the “Interim
 Dividend”), to the shareholders of the Company, with schedule
 and procedure for the distribution of the Interim Dividend for the
 financial year 2025 as follows:

Tata Cara Pembagian Dividen Interim:
Procedure for Interim Dividend Distribution:

 -       Dividen dibagikan kepada para pemegang saham Perseroan
         dan/atau para pemegang rekening (penerima manfaat efek)
         yang namanya terdaftar pada tanggal 20 November 2025
         pukul 16.00 WIB, yang mana untuk selanjutnya disebut
         sebagai “Para Pemegang Saham”;
         Dividends are distributed to the Company's shareholders
         and/or account holders (securities beneficiaries) whose
         names are registered on November 20th, 2025, at 16.00 WIB
         (Indonesia Time), which hereinafter shall be referred to as
         “the Shareholders”;

 -       Bagi Para Pemegang Saham yang sahamnya ada dalam
         penitipan kolektif PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
         (“KSEI”), Pembayaran Dividen Interim akan didistribusikan
         pada tanggal 3 Desember 2025, melalui Rekening Dana
         Nasabah (RDN) pada Perusahaan Efek dan/atau Bank
         Kustodian dimana Para Pemegang Saham membuka
         rekening efek. Perseroan tidak melakukan pembayaran
         dividen dengan cara lain selain yang disebutkan di atas.
         Konfirmasi hasil dan informasi terkait distribusi Dividen
         Interim akan disampaikan oleh KSEI kepada Perusahaan
         Efek atau Bank Kustodian di mana Para Pemegang Saham
         membuka rekening efek;
         For the Shareholders whose shares are deposited in the
         collective custody of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
         (“KSEI”), the Interim Dividend payment will be distributed on
         December 3rd, 2025, through the Customer Fund Account
         (RDN) at the Securities Company and/or Custodian Bank
         where the Shareholders open their securities accounts.
         The Company will not make dividend payments by any other
         means than those mentioned above. Confirmation of the
         results and information related to the distribution of the
         Interim Dividend will be conveyed by KSEI to the Securities
         Company or Custodian Bank where the Shareholders open
         their securities accounts;

 -       Terhadap dividen ini akan dikenakan pajak sesuai dengan
         ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku,
         yang wajib dipotong oleh Perseroan untuk disetorkan ke Kas
         Negara. Bagi Para Pemegang Saham yang merupakan

Wajib Pajak Dalam Negeri (WPDN) berbentuk badan hukum
yang belum menyerahkan Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak
(NPWP) kepada KSEI melalui Perusahaan Efek atau Bank
Kustodian dimana Para Pemegang Saham membuka
rekening efek, diharuskan menyampaikan NPWP paling
lambat tanggal 20 November 2025 pukul 16:00 WIB.
This dividend will be subject to tax in accordance with the
provisions of the applicable laws and regulations, which must
be deducted by the Company to be deposited into the State
Treasury. For Shareholders who are Domestic Corporate
Taxpayers (Wajib Pajak Dalam Negeri - WPDN) and have
not submitted a Taxpayer Identification Number (Nomor
Pokok Wajib Pajak - NPWP) to the KSEI through the
Securities Company or Custodian Bank where the
Shareholders’ securities account is opened, must submit the
NPWP no later than November 20th, 2025, at 16:00 WIB.

Kemudian sehubungan dengan penerapan Persetujuan
Penghindaran Pajak Berganda (P3B) yang diatur dalam
Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Pajak No. PER-25/PJ/2018
tanggal 21 November 2018, para Pemegang Saham asing
yang negaranya memiliki Persetujuan Penghindaran Pajak
Berganda dengan Indonesia, wajib menyerahkan asli Surat
Keterangan Domisili yang diterbitkan oleh Instansi Yang
Berwenang atau wakilnya yang sah di negara treaty partner
kepada KSEI untuk mendapatkan pembebasan atau
pengurangan tarif PPh Pasal 26. Surat Keterangan Domisili
tersebut harus masih berlaku per tanggal 19 November 2025
dan harus diserahkan kepada KSEI melalui Perusahaan
Efek atau Bank Kustodian di mana pemegang saham
membuka rekening efek paling lambat tanggal 20 November
2025 pukul 16:00 WIB. Keterlambatan atas penyampaian
atau tidak diterimanya Surat Keterangan Domisili tersebut
akan menyebabkan pemotongan PPh Pasal 26 yang
diperhitungkan dengan tarif 20%.
In connection with the implementation of the Double Taxation
Avoidance Agreement (Persetujuan Penghindaran Pajak
Berganda - P3B) as stipulated in the Regulation of the
Director General of Taxes No. PER-25/PJ/2018 dated
November 21st, 2018, foreign Shareholders whose countries
have a Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement with
Indonesia are required to submit the original Certificate of
Domicile issued by the Authorized Institution or its authorized
representative in the treaty partner country to KSEI in order
to obtain an exemption or reduction of the Article 26 Income
Tax rate. The Certificate of Domicile must remain valid as of
November 20th, 2025, and must be submitted to KSEI
through the Securities Company or Custodian Bank where
the shareholder opens a securities account no later than
November 20th, 2025, at 16:00 WIB. Western Indonesia
Time. Any delay in submission or non-receipt of the

                                                         Certificate of Domicile will result in withholding of Income Tax
                                                         Article 26 calculated at the rate of 20%.

                                                     -   Bukti pemotongan pajak dividen (jika ada) dapat diambil di
                                                         kantor Perusahaan Efek dan/atau Bank Kustodian di mana
                                                         Para Pemegang Saham membuka rekening efek.
                                                         To Shareholders whose shares are placed in the collective
                                                         custody of the Indonesian Central Securities Depository
                                                         (KSEI), the dividend tax withholding slip (if any) can be
                                                         collected at the office of the Securities Company and/or
                                                         Custodian Bank where the Shareholder has opened a
                                                         securities account.
