Dalam rangka memenuhi Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi
sebagaimana terakhir telah diubah sesuai Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor Kep-
00066/BEI/09- 2022 tanggal 30 September 2022 (selanjutnya disebut “Peraturan Bursa Indonesia Nomor I-E”), maka
bersama dengan surat ini kami bermaksud untuk menyampaikan rencana Pemaparan Publik (Public Expose)
Tahunan PT Asuransi Multi Artha Guna Tbk Tahun 2025 yang akan diselenggarakan secara elektronik pada:

disampaikan melalui email kepada Peserta yang telah melakukan registrasi dengan mengunduh tautan registrasi di
atas.
Sesuai ketentuan butir III.3.3.4 Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-E, materi Public Expose akan kami
sampaikan paling lambat tanggal 3 (tiga) hari bursa sebelum tanggal penyelenggaraan Public Expose.
