Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan Laporan Hasil Pelaksanaan Pembelian
Kembali Saham Perseroan dalam Kondisi Pasar yang
Berfluktuasi secara Signifikan yang telah kami sampaikan
kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan pada tanggal 30 September
2025 melalui surat No 045/PLOG-Dir/IX/2025, bersama ini
Perseroan menyampaikan adanya revisi atau penyesuaian
atas data pencatatan pembelian kembali saham sebagaimana
terlampir.
Atas revisi pencatatan tersebut, maka total jumlah pembelian
kembali saham Perseroan yang semula tercatat sebanyak
116.716.000 lembar saham, menjadi 116.600.700 lembar
saham.
Demikian informasi ini kami sampaikan sebagai bentuk
komitmen Perseroan terhadap keterbukaan informasi kepada
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.

Company Share Buyback in a Significantly Fluctuating Market
Condition that was submitted to the Financial Services
Authority on 30 September 2025 we hereby inform you of a
revision or adjustment to the recorded data of the share
buyback as attached.
Following the revision of the recording, the total number of the
Company share buybacks, which was previously recorded as
116.716.000 shares, has been adjusted to 116.600.700
shares.
This information is conveyed as part of the Company
commitment to maintaining transparency and accuracy of
information disclosure to the Financial Services Authority.
