sebagai pemilik manfaat akhir Perseroan yang sebenarnya /

The Ultimate Beneficial Owner of the Company is Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group
("SMFG”) through 10046 shares ownership of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking
Corporation (“SMBC”), where SMBC owns 91.0546 shares of PT Bank SMBC
Indonesia Tbk as the Controlling Shareholder of the Company

Yoshihiro Hyakutome was appointed for the interest of and representing SMFG as

Shares on the Stock Exchange and keep at least 196 of the Company's shares not Iisted on the Stock Exchange and must remain owned by.
