PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (“TAPG”) pada tanggal 31 Oktober
2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai Interim disampaikan bahwa sesuai dengan keputusan
Direksi yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 30 Oktober 2025, TAPG menyampaikan
rencana pembagian Dividen Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2025 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

X : Harga Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian dividen ex-date.

Mohon menjadi perhatian bahwa penyesuaian mungkin tidak akan dilakukan apabila berdasarkan
kebijaksanaan Penerbit dan tanpa batasan, dan tanpa kewajiban apa pun kepada para Pemegang
Waran Terstruktur, tidak adanya penyesuaian dianggap tepat oleh Penerbit.

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
TAPGDRCJ6A and TAPGDRCG6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (“TAPG”) dated 31st October
2025, related to Corporate Action – Interim Cash Dividend it was accordance with the Board of Directors'
decision approved by the Board of Commissioners on the date 30th October 2025, TAPG had a plan for
the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2025, which will be paid as follows:

Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of TAPGDRCJ6A and TAPGDRCG6A will be adjusted based on the
formula below:

P : Closing Price of the Underlying share on the last market day on which the underlying share
is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
D : the dividend entitlement per 1 (one) underlying share held.
X : the existing price immediately prior to dividend entitlement.
E : the existing exercise ratio immediately prior to the dividend entitlement.
Kindly be noted that the adjustment might not be made if based on Issuer’s sole discretion and without
limitation, and without any obligation to Structured Warrant Holders, the Issuer deems no adjustment is
appropriate.
