1. Muh. Fajri – Public Investor
Q: What is the Company’s policy on heavy equipment rejuvenation? How many units are added/released each year?
A: Crane rejuvenation depends on the country of origin of the crane. For example, cranes made in Germany or Japan may last
up to around 20 years. Rejuvenation is typically done every 10–15 years, and the number of units added depends on the tonnage
of the cranes to be purchased. This is usually based on the Capex value to be invested, which for this year is IDR 200 billion.
Q: What is the dominant brand of heavy equipment used by the Company?
A: With the current development of Chinese-made equipment, we have invested heavily in Chinese products. However, we also
still use a small portion of German-made cranes.
Q: Please confirm regarding the dividend for the 2024 fiscal year, which was stated to be IDR 605 billion, consisting of an
interim dividend of IDR 320 billion and a final dividend of IDR 284 billion. Is this correct?
A: Yes, that is correct. As stated, the interim dividend was IDR 320,045,000,000 and the final dividend was IDR
284,040,000,000.
Q: Is there any plan to expand beyond the current business sector, such as outside the construction industry?
A: One of our expansion plans includes investment in CBRE, for example, cranes used for wind farm installations or other
offshore wind mill projects. Our Business Development team continues to monitor developments so that the sectors we serve
can provide sustainable income for Superkrane through our investment in CBRE.
2. Yudha – Public
Q: Based on the Company’s profit and loss data, there is a decline in revenue from Q3 2024 to Q3 2025. Although net profit
increased, it appears stagnant. What is the main factor hindering net profit growth?
A: The effect of financial consolidation is that the revenue for the 9 months of 2024 includes the combined revenue of Superkrane
and its subsidiary. However, in 2025, the subsidiary was divested as of December 31, 2024. Therefore, the revenue for the 9
months of 2025 no longer includes the subsidiary’s contribution, resulting in a decline. Nevertheless, operationally, we have
maintained our revenue and our margins remain strong.
3. Tomtom – Public
Q: Sorry, could you repeat what CBRE is expanding into?
A: There is a synergy where Superkrane can collaborate with CBRE for offshore projects, such as oil & gas or wind farms and
others.
Q: What is a wind farm?
A: A wind farm is a power plant that uses wind turbines.
Q: What kind of heavy equipment is used?
A: Cranes and other supporting vessels are used.
Q: Is this a long-term plan?
A: Yes, it is a long-term focus.
Q: Does it include crane maintenance on vessels?
A: Yes, it includes crane maintenance.
