Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan Keputusan Sirkuler Direksi Sebagai Pengganti
Rapat Direksi No. 014/AA/SK/DIR/X/2025 tanggal 31 Oktober
2025 yang telah mendapat persetujuan dari Dewan Komisaris
Perseroan sebagaimana tercantum dalam Keputusan Sirkuler
Dewan Komisaris Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Dewan Komisaris
No. 010/AA/SK/KOM/X/2025 tanggal 31 Oktober 2025,
Perseroan telah menyetujui untuk membagikan dividen interim
untuk tahun buku 2025 yang diambil dari laba tahun berjalan
berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Tidak Diaudit
Perseroan dan Entitas Anaknya untuk periode yang berakhir
pada tanggal 30 September 2025, yaitu sebesar Rp11
(sebelas Rupiah) per saham kepada para pemegang saham
Perseroan yang memiliki hak untuk menerima dividen interim,
dengan memperhatikan peraturan perundang-undangan yang
berlaku termasuk peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku.
Informasi terkait jadwal dan tata cara pembagian dividen
interim akan diumumkan melalui situs web IDX dan situs web
Perseroan.

Distribution of interim dividends to the shareholders of the
Type of Material Information or Facts Company for the 2025 financial year (Interim Dividends
Distribution).
Description of Material Information or Based on the Circular Resolution of the Board of Directors in
Facts Lieu of the Board of Directors Meeting No.
014/AA/SK/DIR/X/2025 dated October 31, 2025 which has
been approved by the Board of Commissioners of the
Company as stated in the Circular Resolution of the Board of
Commissioners in Lieu of the Board of Commissioners
Meeting No. 010/AA/SK/KOM/X/2025 dated October 31, 2025,
the Company has agreed to distribute interim dividends for the
2025 financial year which is taken from the current year's profit
based on the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Statements of
the Company and its Subsidiaries for the period ended
September 30, 2025 amounting to Rp11 (eleven Rupiah) per
share to the shareholders of the Company who have the right
to receive interim dividends, taking into account the applicable
laws and regulations including the applicable tax regulations.
Information regarding the schedule and procedure for the
distribution of interim dividends will be announced through the
IDX website and the Company's website
