Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dugaan tindak pidana penggelapan dana perusahaan yang
melibatkan oknum internal Perseroan.
Pada tanggal tersebut, Perseroan menemukan adanya
indikasi penyalahgunaan dana oleh pihak internal.
Kasus ini saat ini sedang dalam proses penyelidikan oleh
pihak Kepolisian. Perusahaan bersikap kooperatif dan
mendukung penuh proses hukum yang berjalan. Perseroan
menegaskan bahwa tindakan ini merupakan bagian dari upaya
menjaga integritas serta penerapan prinsip Good Corporate
Governance dalam pengelolaan perusahaan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak berdampak terhadap kelangsungan operasional
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan.
