Menunjuk Peraturan I-E, dengan ini disampaikan Laporan Kesiapan Dana Pelunasan Medium Term Notes Bank BRI Tahun 2022 Seri B ('MTN')
sebagai berikut:
1. MTN akan jatuh tempo pada 24 November 2025.
2. Perseroan telah menyediakan dana pembayaran pokok MTN sebesar Rp3.000.000.000.000,- (Tiga Triliun Rupiah). Saat ini, penempatan
dana tersebut berada pada High Quality Liquid Asset Perseroan.
3. Pelunasan MTN tidak memiliki dampak material negatif yang dapat mengganggu likuiditas maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
