ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau
Fakta Material Oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. PT
Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk dengan ini menginformasikan
bahwa agunan kredit Entitas Anak PT Dafam Mataram
International dan PT Buana Karya Sugiartha di PT Bank
Negara Indonesia Tbk, berupa Tanah dan Bangunan di Jl.
Urip Sumoharjo No.53 Pekalongan dan Jl. Raya Wiradesa
No.25 Pekalongan telah diumumkan dilaman www.lelang.go.id
dan akan di lelang pada hari Selasa, 25 November 2025. Hal
tersebut terjadi dikarenakan hingga kini upaya negosiasi
dengan pihak Bank belum menemukan kesepakatan bersama.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -Dampak Operasional : tidak berdampak, operasional hotel
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan akan tetap berjalan dengan skema sewa gedung apabila
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, agunan tersebut terjual di lelang.
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau - Dampak kondisi Keuangan : mengurangi beban bunga banj
Perusahaan Publik dan angsuran, namun akan menambah beban sewa gedung.
- Dampak Hukum : tidak berdampak.
- Dampak Kelangsungan Usaha : sisa dana pelunasan utang
bank akan digunakan untuk menambah modal masing -masing
entitas anak yaitu PT Dafam Mataram International dan PT
Buana Karya Sugiartha.

Announcement of the first auction for the execution of
Type of Material Information or Facts mortgage rights of the Company's subsidiary entities
Description of Material Information or This Information Disclosure is in order to comply with the
Facts provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material
Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies. PT
Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk hereby informs that the credit
collateral of its Subsidiaries PT Dafam Mataram International
and PT Buana Karya Sugiartha at PT Bank Negara Indonesia
Tbk, in the form of Land and Buildings at Jl. Urip Sumoharjo
No. 53 Pekalongan and Jl. Raya Wiradesa No. 25 Pekalongan
has been announced on the www.lelang.go.id page and will be
auctioned on Tuesday, 25 November, 2025. This happened
because until now the negotiation efforts with the Bank have
not found a mutual agreement.
Impact of event, material information or - Operational Impact: No impact; hotel operations will continue
facts towards Issuers or Public under a building lease scheme if the collateral is sold at
Company’s operational activities, legal, auction.
financial condition, or going concern - Financial Impact: Reduces bank interest and installment
payments, but increases building rental expenses.
- Legal Impact: No impact.
- Business Continuity Impact: The remaining funds after
repayment of the bank loan will be used to increase the capital
of each subsidiary, namely PT Dafam Mataram International
and PT Buana Karya Sugiartha.
