PPA untuk Information or | menjamin pembayaran penuh dan tepat waktu seluruh utang Perseroan kepada Fuct PT. PPA sebagaimana diatur dalam Perjanjian Restrukturisasi Hutang dan dokumen jaminan maupun dokumen terkait. In accordance with letter number S-3841/PPA/DSAM/1025 dated October 21, 2025 from PT. Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PT. PPA) regarding the Default Notice, the Company is declared to have committed a breach of contract on the Debt Restructuring Agreement (default). PT. PPA has the right to execute Ihe collateral that have been provided by the Company to PT. PPA to guarantee the full and timely payment of all debts of the Company to PT. PPA as stipulated in the Debt Restructuring Agreement and guarantee documents and related documents. Disebutkan juga di dalam surat tersebut bahwa nilai kewajiban Perseroan yang jatuh tempo dan harus dilunasi kepada PT. PPA selambat-lambatnya tanggal 30 Oktober 2025. The Company is reguested to immediately settle all its obligations to PT. PPA no later than October 30, 2025. Dampak Pinjaman kepada PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset dijamin dengan aset kejadian, Perseroan antara lain berupa tanah, bangunan dan Persediaan yang informasi atau nilainya diperkirakan lebih dari Rp. 300 miliar, jauh melebihi nilai fakta material pinjaman. Perseroan saat ini sedang berupaya untuk menjual sebagian tersebut terhadap aset Perseroan untuk melunasi pinjaman dimaksud. kegiatan operasional, The loan to PT PPA is secured by assets of the Company in the form of hukum, kondisi land, buildings, Inventories, ete whose value is estimated to be over keuangan, atau IDR. 300 billion, far exceeding the value of the loan.
