per 31 Desember 2024 sedangkan Total
Liabilitas meningkat sebesar 27” menjadi Rp
1.963.883.722.706 per 30 September 2025 dari
Rp 1.550.144.221.435 per 31 Desember 2024.

Kenaikan Total Aset disebabkan oleh Investasi
meningkat sebesar 28 menjadi
Rp 1.956.386.074.837 per 30 September 2025
dari Rp 1.525.266.002.189 per 31 Desember
2024 khususnya untuk Investasi Efek. Kenaikan
nilai investasi dipengaruhi oleh kenaikan arus
kas dari kontrak asuransi yang merupakan
komponen dari Liabilitas Kontrak Asuransi
sebesar 113Yo menjadi Rp 629.887.207.152 per
30 September 2025 dari Rp 296.234.885.076
per 31 Desember 2024.

fo Submit Information, specifically provision
No. 111.1.1.4 (Attachment to the Decree of the
Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia Number: Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
dated August 14, 2025), we hereby provide
an explanation regarding the changes of more
than 2046 in the Company's total Assets and
Liabilities.As of September 30, 2025, the
Company's Total Assets increased by 214: to
Rp2,962,322,969,616 from
Rp2,450,751,633,346 as of December 31,
2024, while Total Liabilities increased by 274
to Rp1,963,883,722,706 as of September 30,
2025, from Rp1,550,144,221,435 as of
December 31, 2024.

The increase in Total Assets was driven by a
281 rise in Investments to
Rp1,956,386,074,837 as of September 30,
2025, from Rp1,525,266,002,189 as of
December 31, 2024,  particularly in
Marketable Securities. The increase in
investment value was influenced by a 11396
rise in cash flows from insurance contracts,
which are a component of Insurance Contract
Liabilities, reaching Rp629,887,207,152 as of
September 30, 2025, compared to
