Statements for the period ended September 30, 2025 PT Trikomsel Oke Tbk (the
“Company”)

Memenuhi peraturan yang tertuang dalam Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi,
terlampir kami sampaikan Laporan Keuangan Interim tidak diaudit periode 30 September 2025. / In
compliance with the provisions stated in the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock
Exchange No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 concerning Amendment to Regulation No. I-E on the Obligation
to Submit Informatio, we hereby enclosed the unaudited Interim Financial Statements for the period
ended September 30, 2025.
Berkaitan dengan pemenuhan peraturan BEI No.I-E butir III.1.1.4 perihal penjelasan atas perubahan
lebih dari 20% pada pos jumlah aset dan/atau jumlah liabilitas, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan
penjelasan bahwa terdapat penurunan pada jumlah aset Perseroan sebesar 27% dari Rp88,7 miliar per
31 Desember 2024 menjadi Rp 64,7 miliar per 30 September 2025. / In connection with the fulfillment
of IDX regulations No.I-E point III.1.1.4 concerning an explanation for a change of more than 20% in the
post of total assets and/or total liabilities, we hereby convey an explanation that there has been a
decrease in the total assets of the Company by 27% from IDR88.7 billion as of December 31, 2024 to
IDR64.7 billion as of September 30, 2025.
Penjelasan atas penurunan nilai aset tersebut adalah sebagai berikut: / The explanations for the decline
in asset value are as follows:
- Kas dan bank Perseroan turun dari Rp7,2 miliar menjadi Rp816 juta, merupakan dampak dari
penurunan pendapatan akibat perubahan pasar. Sementara Perseroan tetap melakukan
pembayaran kewajiban kepada pihak kreditur. / The Company's cash and bank balances decreased
from Rp7.2 billion to Rp816 million, resulting from a decrease in revenue due to market changes.
Meanwhile, the Company continues to make payments to creditors.
- Nilai piutang usaha pihak ketiga mengalami penurunan dari Rp7 miliar menjadi Rp3,1 miliar seiring
dengan penerapan kebijakan Perseroan dalam pemberian kredit secara lebih selektif menanggapi
kondisi pasar yang menurun. / The value of third party trade receivables decreased from Rp 7 billion
to Rp3.1 billion in line with the Company's implementation of a more selective credit provision policy
in response to declining market conditions.

- Sejalan dengan kondisi pasar yang menurun, Perseroan melakukan penyesuaian terhadap
persediaan barang dagang dengan lebih mengutamakan pembelian barang dengan tingkat
perputaran tinggi dan menghasilkan keuntungan yang lebih guna menjaga efisiensi modal kerja,
sehingga nilai persediaan menurun dari Rp32,4 miliar menjadi Rp24,5 miliar. / In line with declining
market conditions, the Company made adjustments by prioritizing the purchase of products with
higher turnover rates and better profitability to maintain working capital efficiency, resulting in a
decrease in inventory value from Rp32.4 billion to Rp24.5 billion.
Atas penurunan nilai aset tersebut, manajemen akan berupaya dengan sebaik-baiknya untuk terus
meningkatkan kinerja Perseroan, antara lain dengan meningkatkan penjualan dari semua channel
penjualan dan semua lini bisnis yang ada serta fokus pada produk-produk bermargin tinggi. For the
decline of these assets, the management will make its best efforts to continue improving the Company’s
performance, among others by increasing sales across all sales channels and business lines, as well
as focusing on high-margin products.
