tanggal 28 Oktober 2025 pkl. 16.08 WIB.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan saat ini
sedang dalam proses penunjukan anggota Komite
Audit yang baru, sesuai dengan ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Prof. Dr. Sukrisno Agoes, S.E., Ak., M.M., CPA.,
CA, a member of the Company's Audit Committee,
has passed away on October 28, 2025, at 4:08 PM
WIB.
In connection with this matter, the Company is
currently in the process of appointing new
members of the Audit Committee, in accordance
