Prof. Dr. Sukrisno Agoes, S.E., Ak., M.M., CPA., CA,
anggota Komite Audit Perseroan.
The Company hereby informs with deep sorrow that on
Tuesday, October 28, 2025, Prof. Dr. Sukrisno Agoes,
S.E., Ak., M.M., CPA., CA, a member of the
Company’s Audit Committee, passed away.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan saat ini
sedang dalam proses penunjukan anggota Komite
Audit yang baru, sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
In connection with the above matter, the Company is
currently in the process of appointing a new member
of the Audit Committee, in accordance with the
applicable laws and regulations.
