Total Liabilitas Perseroan naik sebesar 35,53Yo atau sebesar Rp435.739.760.902 dari Rp1.226.413.768.688 (per 31 Desember 2024) menjadi Rp1.662.153.529.590 (per 30 September 2025) yang disebabkan sebagian besar karena kenaikan utang usaha pihak ketiga. We hereby inform you that the Ouarterly Financial Report as of September 2025 of PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk showed a change more than 2046 on the Balance Sheet side compared to the Annual Financial Report as of December 2024. The Company's total liabilities increased by 35.5346 or Rp435,739,760,902 from Rp1,226,413,768,688 (as of December 31, 2024) to Rp1,662,153,529,590 (as of September 30, 2025) due mainly to an increase in account payables third-parties.
