Statements for the period ended September 30, 2025 PT Globe Kita Terang Tbk (the
“Company”)

Memenuhi peraturan yang tertuang dalam Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi,
terlampir kami sampaikan Laporan Keuangan Interim tidak diaudit periode 30 September 2025. / In
compliance with the provisions stated in the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock
Exchange No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 concerning Amendment to Regulation No. I-E on the Obligation
to Submit Informatio, we hereby enclosed the unaudited Interim Financial Statements for the period
ended September 30, 2025.
Berkaitan dengan pemenuhan peraturan BEI No.I-E butir III.1.1.4 perihal penjelasan atas perubahan
lebih dari 20% pada pos jumlah aset dan/atau jumlah liabilitas, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan
penjelasan bahwa terdapat penurunan pada jumlah aset Perseroan sebesar 50% dari Rp9,1 miliar per
31 Desember 2024 menjadi Rp 4,4 miliar per 30 September 2025. / In connection with the fulfillment of
IDX regulations No.I-E point III.1.1.4 concerning an explanation for a change of more than 20% in the
post of total assets and/or total liabilities, we hereby convey an explanation that there has been a
decrease in the total assets of the Company by 50% from IDR9.1 billion as of December 31, 2024 to
IDR4,4 billion as of September 30, 2025.
Penjelasan atas penurunan nilai aset tersebut adalah sebagai berikut: / The explanations for the decline
in asset value are as follows:
- Posisi kas dan bank Perseroan menurun signifikan dari Rp2,6 miliar menjadi Rp316 juta. Penurunan
ini terjadi karena menurunnya pendapatan Perseroan akibat perubahan kondisi pasar, sementara
Perseroan tetap memenuhi kewajibannya untuk membayar angsuran utang bank, utang usaha, serta
kewajiban operasional lainnya. / The Company’s cash and bank position declined significantly from
IDR2.6 billion to IDR316 million. This decline occurred due to a decrease in the Company’s revenue
as a result of changing market conditions, while the Company continued to fulfill its obligations to pay
installments on bank loans, trade payables, and other operational liabilities.
- Menanggapi perkembangan pasar, Perseroan lebih mengetatkan pemberian kredit kepada pihak
ketiga sehingga nilai piutang usaha pihak ketiga mengalami penurunan dari Rp2,37 miliar menjadi
Rp435 juta. / Due to market changes, the Company tightened its credit policy toward third parties,
resulting in a decrease in trade receivables from third parties from IDR2.37 billion to IDR435 million.

- Sejalan dengan perubahan pasar dan efisiensi pengeluaran, maka nilai uang muka dan biaya
dibayar dimuka juga menurun dari Rp1,2 miliar menjadi Rp395 juta. / Due to market changes and
cost-efficiency efforts, advances and prepaid expenses decreased from IDR 1.2 billion to IDR 395
million.
Atas penurunan nilai aset tersebut, manajemen berupaya dengan sebaik-baiknya untuk meningkatkan
kinerja Perseroan, antara lain dengan meningkatkan penjualan melalui e-commerce, fokus pada
produk-produk bermargin tinggi, dan mengembangkan lini bisnis yang sudah ada. / In response to the
decline in asset value, management is making its best efforts to improve the Company’s performance,
including by increasing sales through e-commerce, focusing on high-margin products, and further
developing existing business lines.
