Prodia's First Half 2026 Revenue Surges 8.5% to IDR 1.11 Trillion,
Driven by Revenue Growth Across All Customer Segments
Jakarta, 30 July 2026 — PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk ("the Company" or "Prodia"; IDX: PRDA), Indonesia's largest
private clinical laboratory network, recorded IDR 1.11 trillion in revenue for the first half of 2026, marking its highest
first-half revenue in the past four years and representing an 8.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase. Revenue growth was
driven by a 9.7% YoY increase in the number of visits, supported by esoteric testing, which remained the largest
contributor to revenue during the period. The Company's performance was further supported by positive revenue
growth across all customer segments, including walk-in customers, doctor referrals, third-party referrals, and
corporate clients. By the end of June 2026, the Company had performed nearly 10 million tests, with stronger
growth in esoteric test sales, reflecting increasing customer demand for and awareness of more precise and
advanced diagnostic testing. Meanwhile, growth in medical testing—including routine laboratory tests as well as
non-laboratory services such as vaccination and doctor consultations—demonstrated customers' growing confidence
in the quality and comprehensiveness of Prodia's healthcare services.
In line with its revenue growth, the Company's EBITDA reached IDR 216.3 billion, representing a 7.1% YoY increase,
reflecting the effectiveness of its operational strategy and ongoing business efficiency initiatives. Revenue growth,
coupled with disciplined cost management, also drove the Company's net profit to IDR 77.6 billion, up 11.4% YoY
compared with the same period last year. The Company maintained a healthy financial position, with total assets
declining slightly by 2.0% YoY to IDR 2.64 trillion, supported by relatively stable current assets of IDR 994.8 billion
and non-current assets of IDR 1.64 trillion, in line with the Company's continued investments in asset development
and operational capacity expansion.
The Company's total liabilities amounted to IDR 301.0 billion, in line with the growth of its business and operational
activities during the first half of 2026. Meanwhile, total equity reached IDR 2.34 trillion, reflecting a sound capital
structure supported by a healthy liquidity position. In terms of cash flow, the Company generated net cash from
operating activities of IDR 199.9 billion. Meanwhile, net cash used in investing activities amounted to IDR 86.2
billion, which was allocated to asset development and the strengthening of the Company's operational ecosystem to
enhance its diagnostic service capabilities and support continued service innovation. The Company also consistently
applies prudent financial management principles in managing its capital structure to maintain funding flexibility and
strengthen its financial resilience amid a dynamic business environment.
Liana Kuswandi, President Director of Prodia, stated that the first half of 2026 marked an important milestone for
the Company in strengthening the foundation for its long-term growth. “As the demand for healthcare services
continues to evolve, we remain committed to transforming our business by delivering relevant innovations,
expanding access to healthcare services, and building a more integrated healthcare ecosystem. Entering the second
half of 2026, we will continue to strengthen our Value-Driven Growth Strategy, ensuring that every growth initiative
creates sustainable value while enhancing the Company's long-term competitiveness. To support this strategy, we
continue to develop new growth drivers through service innovations, including the Prodia Clinical Multiomics Centre
(PCMC), Integrative Autoimmune & Allergy Clinics, and Stemcell Clinic by Prodia, further strengthening our
capabilities in precision health. At the same time, we remain focused on strengthening our core business by
enhancing service quality and customer experience, improving operational efficiency, and expanding strategic
partnerships, including collaborations with international partners. We believe these initiatives will expand Prodia's
market share, reinforce our position as Indonesia's leading diagnostic services provider, and create sustainable
growth for all stakeholders,” said Liana.

Regarding the Company's financial management, Marina Eka Amalia, Finance & Sustainability Director of Prodia,

revenue, EBITDA, net profit, and operating cash flow. As we enter the second half of the year, we will continue to
optimize our product mix, maintain disciplined cost management, and enhance asset productivity to sustain our
profitability momentum. Every investment decision and capital allocation will be undertaken selectively based on
strategic value, growth potential, and its contribution to cash flow generation and long-term value creation.
Supported by a healthy capital structure, strong liquidity, and positive operating cash flow, the Company has
sufficient financial flexibility to support business expansion while maintaining financial resilience amid an evolving
industry landscape. We are confident that this disciplined approach will further strengthen our profitability, enhance
shareholder returns, and create sustainable value for all stakeholders,” said Marina.
Throughout the second quarter of 2026, Prodia continued to strengthen its commitment to delivering high-quality
healthcare services while creating sustainable value for all stakeholders through the implementation of its four
PRO-D-I-A Sustainability Pillars. This commitment is demonstrated through the Company's consistent adherence to
internationally recognized laboratory quality standards by maintaining its College of American Pathologists (CAP)
accreditation since 2012. In the area of corporate governance, this commitment is also reflected in the various
awards received by Prodia, including the Most Strategic Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance award at the Indonesia
Regulatory Compliance Awards (IRCA) 2026 and the Top CSR Awards 2026.
In support of scientific advancement and the development of healthcare professionals, Prodia continued its strategic
partnerships with the Faculty of Medicine, Tadulako University, and the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences,
