PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk Klarifikasi Informasi Mengenai
Kinerja Keuangan Perseroan
Jakarta, 30 Oktober 2025 — Menanggapi beredarnya informasi di salah satu platform
komunitas investor yang menyebutkan bahwa PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (IDX: JAST)
mengalami kerugian, Perseroan dengan ini menegaskan bahwa informasi tersebut tidak benar.
Berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian per 30 September 2025 yang telah
disampaikan secara resmi kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Bursa Efek Indonesia
(BEI), Perseroan mencatatkan laba bersih sebesar Rp12,6 Miliar, bukan kerugian sebagaimana
diberitakan.
Perseroan menegaskan bahwa seluruh laporan keuangan dan informasi material terkait
kinerja keuangan telah disampaikan secara terbuka sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan OJK
Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik.
Sebagai perusahaan publik, PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk senantiasa berkomitmen menjaga
transparansi, akurasi, dan integritas informasi yang disampaikan kepada publik, serta
mendukung terciptanya pasar modal yang sehat dan berintegritas.

PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk Clarifies Information Regarding the Company’s Financial Performance Jakarta, October 30, 2025 — In response to information circulating on an investor community platform claiming that PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (IDX: JAST) recorded a loss, the Company hereby clarifies that the information is not true. Based on the Consolidated Financial Statements as of September 30, 2025, which have been officially submitted to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the Company recorded a net profit of IDR 12.6 billion, not a loss as previously reported. The Company affirms that all financial reports and material information related to its financial performance have been disclosed transparently in accordance with OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies. As a public company, PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk is fully committed to maintaining the transparency, accuracy, and integrity of information provided to the public and to supporting the creation of a healthy and trustworthy capital market. The Company urges all parties, including investors and the media, to refer only to official information released through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id) and the Company’s official website (www.jasnita.com).
