OMED Records 20% Profit Increase, Revenue Reaches IDR 1.47

Surabaya, 30 Oktober 2025
PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (“OMED” or “the Company”) reported solid financial
performance throughout the first nine months of 2025. The Company recorded
revenue of IDR 1.47 trillion, up 7.7% year-on-year (YoY) compared to IDR 1.36 trillion
in the same period last year.
This growth was driven by double-digit sales increases in the wound care,
biotechnology and laboratory, and mobility aids and rehabilitation care segments. In
addition, exports to the United States surged 116.8% YoY, reflecting the success of
the Company’s global expansion strategy.
From a profitability standpoint, gross profit rose 11.5% YoY, with the gross margin
improving from 32.8% to 33.9%. Operating profit increased 18.7% YoY, with the
margin rising from 17.4% to 19.2%. Meanwhile, net profit grew 20.3% YoY, and the
net margin improved from 15.6% to 17.4%.
On the balance sheet side, the Company’s financial position remained very solid, with
total assets of IDR 3.04 trillion, liabilities of IDR 390 billion, and equity of IDR 2.65
trillion. The Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER) remained very low at 0.07x, indicating a
healthy capital structure and flexibility for sustainable expansion.
OMED’s Chief Financial Officer, Eka Suwignyoo, stated:
“This solid performance reflects the success of our product diversification and market
expansion strategies. OMED remains committed to strengthening production capacity,
maintaining quality, and expanding our presence in both domestic and international
markets.”
OMED has also benefited from the China +1 policy, as U.S. companies increasingly
diversify their supply chains from China to Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. This
strategy has opened new export opportunities for OMED, which began shipments to
the U.S. in April 2022 and is currently undergoing validation and approval for additional
projects with trading partners from the United States.
