4 PT SEJAHTERARAYA ANUGERAHJAYA, Tbk. Y Jumlah aset per 30 September 2025 meningkat sebesar Rp 1.972.960 juta atau 34,8296 dibandingkan dengan posisi per 31 Desember 2024. Peningkatan ini terutama disebabkan oleh peningkatan kas dan setara kas yang diakibatkan dari penerimaan dana dari BAIN Capital terkait penerbitan surat utang dan penerimaan dana dari pasien. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, jumlah liabilitas per 30 september 2025 juga meningkat sebesar Rp 2.357.288 juta atau 61,50Yo, yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh penerbitan surat utang kepada BAIN Capital. This increase was mainly driven by the rise in cash and cash eguivalents resulting from the receipt of funds from BAIN Capital related to the issuance of debt securities and receipt from patients payment. This was in line with the increase in total liabilities as of 30 September 2025 amounting to Rp 2,357,288 million or 615096, which was also largely attributable to the issuance of debt securities to BAIN Capital.
