Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi
atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik,
dengan ini kami beritahukan bahwa pada tanggal 29 Oktober
2025, Perseroan telah berpartisipasi dalam penambahan
modal dengan memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih
Dahulu (HMETD) yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan asosiasi
Perseroan, Fast Offshore Supply Pte. Ltd. (FOS) yang
berkedudukan di Singapura.
Perseroan telah melakukan investasi sebesar SGD 9.046.875
atau setara dengan Rp 115.790.953.125,- berdasarkan nilai
tukar SGD 1 = Rp 12.799,- untuk pembelian 9.046.875 saham-
saham baru dengan harga SGD 1,00 per saham.
Penyertaan modal ini dilaksanakan karena FOS telah
memenangkan tender untuk menyediakan lima kapal baru
jenis Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) berukuran 55 meter dalam
kontrak sewa selama lima tahun di Brunei. Pembangunan
kapal-kapal tersebut telah dimulai, dengan jadwal pengiriman
pada tahun 2027.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kontrak jangka panjang yang baru ini memberikan pendapatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan masa depan yang terjamin dan pembaruan armada bagi FOS,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, sehingga meningkatkan kontribusi keuangan dan pendapatan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services
Facts Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning
Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies, we hereby announce that on 29 October 2025,
the Company has participated in a right issues conducted by
its associate company, Fast Offshore Supply Pte. Ltd. (FOS)
domiciled in Singapore.
The Company invested SGD 9,046,875 equivalent to Rp
115,790,953,125,- based on an exchange rate of SGD 1 = Rp
12,799,- for new shares of 9,046,875 shares at SGD 1.00 per
share.
This capital investment was made as FOS has been awarded
a tender to provide five new 55-meter Crew Transfer Vessels
(CTVs) under a five-year charter contract in Brunei. The
construction of the vessels has commenced, with delivery
scheduled for 2027.
