KIT, a subsidiary of PT Mahaka Media Tbk (“Company”)
has invested shares in a Joint Venture Company named
PT Aero Reksa Kreasi Angkasa in accordance with the
Deed of Establishment of Limited Liability Company PT
Aero Reksa Kreasi Angkasa Number 04 Dated October
23, 2025, was made before Fandi Aryana, SH, MKn, ad
Notary in Bekasi Regency, and has obtained ratification
from the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia as
stated in Approval Letter No. AHU-
0091882.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2025 dated October 24,
2025.

Hubungan antara Pihak:
Relationship of the Parties:

AIM, KIT dan HGT merupakan pemegang saham dalam
PT Aero Reksa Kreasi Angkasa.

AIM, KIT and HGT are the shareholders in PT Aero Reksa
Kreasi Angkasa.

Capital Structure is as follows:

1. Modal Dasar sebesar Rp. 20.000.000.000,- (dua
puluh milyar Rupiah).
Authorized Capital is Rp. 20,000,000,000 (twenty
billion Rupiah).

2. Modal Disetor dan Ditempatkan sebesar
Rp. 5.000.000.000,- (lima milyar Rupiah).
Issued and Paid-up Capital is Rp. 5,000,000,000 (five
billion Rupiah).

Komposisi Kepemilikan Saham:
Shareholding Structure

1. PT Aero Inovasi Media sebanyak 2.550 (dua

ribu lima ratus lima puluh) saham dengan nilai
nominal sebesar Rp. 2.550.000.000 (dua milyar
lima ratus lima puluh juta Rupiah) (5196).
PT Aero Inovasi Media holds 2,550 (two
thousand five hundred fifty) shares with a
nominal value of Rp. 2,550,000,000 (two billion
five hundred fifty million Rupiah) (5196).

2. PT Kreatif Intel Teknologi sebanyak 1.225
(seribu dua ratus dua puluh lima) saham
dengan nilai nominal sebesar
Rp. 1.225.000.000,- (satu milyar dua ratus dua
puluh lima juta Rupiah) (24,54).

PT Kreatif Intel Teknologi holds 1,225 (one
thousand two hundred twenty-five) shares with
@ nominal value of Rp. 1,225,000,000 (one
billion two hundred twenty-five million Rupiah)

3. PT Helpio Glovin Teknologi sebanyak 1.225

(seribu dua ratus dua puluh lima) saham
dengan nilai nominal sebesar
Rp. 1.225.000.000,- (satu milyar dua ratus dua
puluh lima juta Rupiah) (24,596)
PT Helpio Glovin Teknologi holds 1,225 (one
thousand two hundred twenty-five) shares with
a nominal value of Rp. 1,225,000,000 (one
billion two hundred twenty-five million Rupiah)
