Merujuk pada ketentuan diatas, dengan ini PT
Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk
("Perseroan") menyampaikan bahwa Laporan
Keuangan Konsolidasian Interim Perseroan
untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 30
Juni 2026 akan disampaikan selambat-
lambatnya pada tanggal 30 September 2026
oleh karena saat ini sedang dalam proses
audit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik Mirawati
Sensi & Idris.
Perseroan akan senantiasa — mematuhi
peraturan perundang-undangan yang
berlaku.

of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-
00087/BEI/12-2025 dated 12 December 2025
concerning Amendment to Rule Number I-E
concerning Obligation to Convey Information.
Referring to the above provisions, PT Amman
Mineral Internasional Tbk (the "Company")
hereby conveys that the Company's Interim
Consolidated Financial Statements for the
period ended on 30 June 2026 will be
submitted by no later than 30 September
2026, as it is in audit process by Public
Accounting Firm Mirawati Sensi & Idris.
The Company will always comply with the
applicable laws and regulations.
