Press Release
Elnusa Records 9% Revenue Growth to IDR 10.5 Trillion as of Q3 2025,
Poised to Close the Year with Positive Results
Jakarta, October 29, 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina’s Subholding Upstream, recorded a positive performance up to the
third quarter of 2025, posting revenue of IDR 10.5 trillion, an increase of 9% compared to the same period last year. This achievement underscores Elnusa’s solid performance
amid the challenges of the global energy industry and demonstrates the company’s capability to maintain operational continuity across all business lines.

Elnusa’s Finance Director, Nelwin Aldriansyah, stated that the company’s revenue up to the third quarter of 2025 reflects contributions from all integrated business segments that
collectively drive sustainable growth. “The Energy Distribution and Logistics Services segment contributed 58% of total revenue, supported by strong performance in industrial
fuel trading, energy transportation, and fuel and LPG depot management, along with chemical and INMAR fuel business activities that play a vital role in supporting the seamless
operation of our integrated upstream oil and gas services. Meanwhile, the Integrated Upstream Oil and Gas Services segment contributed 31%, maintaining solid performance
through exploration and production projects across Pertamina Group’s working areas, including seismic services, wireline, well testing, cementing, and Engineering, Procurement
& Construction (EPCOM) services. The Oil and Gas Support Services segment accounted for 11%, driven by marine support, fabrication and construction, as well as warehouse and
data management services, which are crucial in enhancing supply chain efficiency and ensuring the continuity of national oil and gas operations,” said Nelwin.

Nelwin added that these results reflect the success of Elnusa’s strategy in strengthening its business fundamentals and operational efficiency. “Up to the third quarter of 2025,
Elnusa has successfully maintained its growth momentum. This performance is the outcome of synergy, innovation, and the company’s adaptability to industry dynamics. We
remain optimistic about closing 2025 with positive results and making an even greater contribution to national energy resilience,” he added.

In August, Elnusa fully settled its Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Phase I Year 2020 with a total value of IDR 715.75 billion. The settlement was completed entirely using internal cash,
without issuing new debt instruments or other financing facilities. This step demonstrates Elnusa’s ability to maintain a healthy capital structure and prudent financial risk
management.

Aligned with its sustainability commitment, Elnusa continues to strengthen its new business development lines. Through Pipeline Integrity Management, Elnusa has developed In-
Line Inspection Services and Foam Pig Products. In the Well Production Improvement area, the company introduced innovations suc h as Pertasolvent, Hydraulic Dilation Water
Pumping, and Automatic Well Performance Analyzer to support the enhancement of national oil and gas production. Innovation continues through Well Optimization with the
development of the Ecolift Hydraulic Pumping Unit, as well as active involvement in Carbon Capture Utilization & Storage (CCUS) projects to support the transition toward a low-
carbon energy future.

Elnusa also remains consistent in implementing technological innovation across its operations. One notable breakthrough is the dual completion innovation using a velocity string,
allowing two reservoirs with different pressures to be produced simultaneously without interference. This innovation, the first to be applied in onshore oil fields, was successfully
implemented in collaboration with Pertamina Hulu Rokan, resulting in a significant increase in production. The application of this technology at PPS-X19 well boosted oil output
by 220%, from 442 BOPD to 1,418 BOPD, while at PPS-12 well, production surged by 594%, from 73 BOPD to 507 BOPD.

From an operational standpoint, over the past year, Elnusa achieved several key milestones in the integrated upstream oil and gas services segment. These include conducting 3D
and 2D seismic surveys covering approximately 600 km², completing 1,356 logging jobs through Wireline services, and drilling seven wells in PHSS’s working area using efficient
and adaptive Modular Rigs, complemented by Cementing and Coiled Tubing Services for 215 wells. Additionally, Elnusa increased well intervention activities for production
enhancement and optimization through Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) operations on 123 wells, up 19.4% from 103 wells in the previous year.

With these achievements, Elnusa enters the final quarter of 2025 with high optimism, backed by solid operational foundations, a more diversified business portfolio, and a strong
commitment to continuous innovation. The results achieved up to the third quarter are tangible evidence of Elnusa’s ability to sustain healthy growth while strengthening its
contribution to national energy security and independence. Through synergy with the Pertamina Group and a focus on efficiency, digital transformation, and adherence to
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, Elnusa is well-positioned to close 2025 with strong performance and continue its role as a strategic partner in realizing
sustainable energy for Indonesia.
