The Company has established a new subsidiary named
PT Panca Pertiwi Tambang, located in Jakarta.
The establishment of PT Panca Pertiwi Tambang is
documented in the Deed of Establishment No. 203 dated
October 27, 2025, made before Notary Christina Dwi
Utami, S.H., M.Hum., M.KN and has received the legal
approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights
of the Republic of Indonesia based on the
Decree No. AHU-0092709.AH.01.01 Year 2025 dated
October 28, 2025.
Authorized capital in PT Panca Pertiwi Tambang is
Rp100,000,000.- (one hundred million Rupiah) and it is not
a material transaction based on the Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 Year 2020 on
the Material Transactions and Changes in Business
Activities.
