Pa" TOWER C BERSAMA “) N Group 3. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Merujuk kepada Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan pada Material '/ Description of | tanggal 29 September 2025 perihal Pengalihan Saham Hasil Material Information or Fact Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan (“Keterbukaan”), bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menjual Saham Hasil Pembelian Kembali Saham (“Saham Treasuri”) sebanyak 350.330.400 saham kepada Bersama Digital Infrastructure Asia Pte Ltd pada tanggal 27 Oktober 2025 (“Penjualan Saham Treasuri”). Harga dari Penjualan Saham Treasuri tersebut sebesar Rp2.138 per saham. Oleh karenanya harga dari Penjualan Saham Treasuri telah sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 29 Tahun 2023 tentang Pembelian Kembali Saham Yang Dikeluarkan Oleh Perusahaan Terbuka. Jumlah dana yang diterima dari pengalihan ini adalah sebesar Rp749.006.395.200 sebelum dikurangi biaya transaksi. Setelah pelaksanaan Penjualan Saham Treasuri ini, maka Perseroan telah selesai menjual seluruh saham hasil pembelian kembali Perseroan. In accordance with the Company's Information Disclosure dated September 29, 2025 related to the Sale of Buyback Shares (the “Disclosure”), we hereby inform you that the Company has sold the Buyback Shares (the “Treasury Shares”) of 350,330,400 shares to Bersama Digital Infrastructure Asia Pte Ltd on October 27, 2025 (the “Sale of Treasury Shares”). The price of the Sale of Treasury Shares is in the amount of IDR 2,138 per share. Therefore, the price of the Sale of Treasury Shares has complied with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 29 Year 2023 on Buyback of Shares Issued by a Public Company. The amount of funds received from this sale of Treasury Shares is IDR 749,006,395,200 before deducting any transaction fees. After this sale of Treasury Shares, the Company has finished selling all of its treasury shares.
