Tbk (the “Company”) as of September 30, 2025.

Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Keputusan Direksi
PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
tanggal 30 September 2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan
Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi,
dimana pasal IIl.1.1.4 yang menyebutkan bahwa
perusahaan tercatat wajib memberikan penjelasan kepada
Bursa apabila terdapat perubahan lebih dari 204 (dua
puluh persen) atas total aset dan/atau total liabilitas pada
laporan keuangan interim atau laporan keuangan auditan
tahunan periode tahun buku berjalan dibandingkan
dengan laporan keuangan auditan tahunan terakhir.

Berdasarkan peraturan tersebut, kami sampaikan tidak
ada perubahan lebih dari 20x (dua puluh persen)
pada total aset dan total liabilitas Perseroan
pada tanggal 30 September 2025 dibandingkan dengan
31 Desember 2024 yang dapat dilihat pada tabel dibawah
ini:

In compliance with provision of the Decree of the
Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange
No. Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022 dated September 30, 2022
concerning Amendments to Regulation Number I-£
concerning Obligations for Submitting Information, where
article 1.1.1.4 which states that a listed company is
reguired to provide an explanation to the Indonesia Stock
Exchange if there is a change of more than 205 (twenty
percent) of total assets and/or total liabilities in the
interim financial statements or annual audited financial
statements for the current financial year period compared
to the most recent annual audited financial statements.

Based on these regulations, we convey that there
is no change of more than 2086 (twenty percent) in
the Company's total assets and total liabilities as of
September 30, 2025 compared to December 31, 2024
which can be seen in the table below:
