Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Periode Pelaksanaan Tahap I Window Exercise II dan
Tahap II Window Exercise II : 30 (tiga puluh) hari bursa
terhitung sejak tanggal 1 November 2025 sampai dengan
tanggal 12 Desember 2025.
2. Harga Pelaksanaan Tahap I Window Exercise II yang Telah
Ditetapkan Sebelumnya : Rp. 863 per lembar.
3. Harga Pelaksanaan Tahap II Window Exercise II : Rp. 363
per lembar.
4. Jumlah Hak Opsi yang Dikonversi Untuk Periode
Pelaksanaan Tahap I Window Exercise II : Jumlah Hak Opsi
yang Dikonversi untuk Periode Pelaksanaan sebanyak-
banyaknya 22.500.000 saham dan Hak Opsi yang belum
Dikonversi pada Periode Pelaksanaan ini dapat dilakukan
pada periode pelaksanaan berikutnya.
5. Jumlah Hak Opsi yang Dikonversi Untuk Periode
Pelaksanaan Tahap II Window Exercise II : Jumlah Hak Opsi
yang Dikonversi untuk Periode Pelaksanaan sebanyak-
banyaknya 2.500.000 saham dan Hak Opsi yang belum
Dikonversi pada Periode Pelaksanaan ini dapat dilakukan
pada periode pelaksanaan berikutnya
