Dapat Perseroan sampaikan bahwa proses
komisioning fasilitas smelter menghadapi
keadaan kahar yang disebabkan oleh
kerusakan pada unit Flash Converting Furnace
(FCF) dan Sulfuric Acid Plant

Apakah terdapat kondisi kahar yang
dihadapi Perseroan seperti kebakaran,
kebanjiran dll dalam proses commissioning
sebagaimana disebutkan dalam
pemberitaan tersebut.

Tanggapan Perseroan:

Merujuk pada tanggapan Perseroan untuk
pertanyaan No. 3, proses komisioning fasilitas
smelter menghadapi keadaan kahar yang
disebabkan oleh kerusakan pada unit Flash
Converting Furnace (FCF) dan Sulfuric Acid
Plant.

Sebagai informasi, berdasarkan ketentuan
Peraturan Menteri ESDM No. 6 Tahun 2025
tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Menteri
ESDM No. 6 Tahun 2024 tentang Penyelesaian
Pembangunan Fasilitas Pemurnian Mineral
Logam di Dalam Negeri, dalam hal terjadi
keadaan kahar, pemegang Izin Usaha
Pertambangan Khusus (“IUPK”) tahap kegiatan
operasi produksi mineral logam komoditas
tembaga dan yang telah selesai membangun
fasilitas pemurnian mineral logam namun
tidak dapat beroperasi dan memerlukan
penyelesaian perbaikan akibat keadaan kahar
(“Pemegang IUPK Dengan Keadaan Kahar”),
dapat melakukan penjualan hasil pengolahan
ke luar negeri dengan jumlah tertentu dan
waktu tertentu.

Penyebab izin ekspor konsentrat belum
diperoleh Perseroan.

Tanggapan Perseroan:

Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Grup
Perseroan masih menunggu diterbitkannya
rekomendasi ekspor oleh Menteri Energi dan
Sumber Daya Mineral Republik Indonesia
(“Menteri ESDM”), yang merupakan prasyarat
untuk mendapatkan persetujuan ekspor dari
Menteri Perdagangan.

Atas permohonan rekomendasi yang diajukan
oleh pemegang IUPK Dengan Keadaan Kahar,

The Company would like to convey that the
commissioning process of the smelter
facility has encountered a force majeure
condition caused by damage to the Flash
Converting Furnace (FCF) and Sulfuric Acid
Plant units.

Are there any force majeure conditions
faced by the Company such as fires,
Hoods, etc. In the commissioning process
as mentioned in the news release.

Company's Response:

Referring to the Company response to
guestion No. 3, the commissioning process
of the smelter facility has encountered force
majeure caused by damage to the Flash
Converting Furnace (FCF) and Sulfuric Acid
Plant units.

For information, based on the provisions of
the MEMR Regulation No. & of 2025
concerning Amendments to the Regulation
of the MEMR No. 6 of 2024 concerning the
Completion of the Construction of Metal
Mineral Refining Facilities in the Country, in
the event of a force majeure, the holder of
the Izin Usaha Pertambangan Khusus
(UPK) at the stage of copper commodity
meta! mineral production operations and
has completed the construction of metal
mineral refining facilities but cannot
operate and reguires the completion of
repairs due to force majeure ("IUPK Holder
with Force Majeure"), can sell processed
products abroad in a certain amount and at
@ certain time.

The cause of the concentrate export
permit has not been obtained by the
Company.

Company Response:

As of the date of this letter, the Group
Company is still waiting for the issuance of
the export recommendation from the
Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of
the Republic of Indonesia ("MEMR"), which is
ga prereguisite for obtaining export permit
from the MOT.

Upon the reguest for a recommendation
submitted by the holder of the IUPK with

Menteri ESDM melakukan evaluasi terhadap
permohonan rekomendasi tersebut
Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut, Menteri
ESDM memberikan persetujuan atau
penolakan permohonan rekomendasi.

Target izin ekspor konsentrat akan
diperoleh Perseroan.

Perseroan tetap berkoordinasi secara intensif
dengan pihak-pihak terkait dan berharap
proses tersebut dapat segera diselesaikan
guna mendukung kelancaran operasional dan
kontribusi fiskal Perseroan kepada negara.

Upaya yang akan dilakukan Perseroan untuk
segera menyelesaikan proses perizinan
tersebut.

Tanggapan Perseroan:

Merujuk pada tanggapan Perseroan untuk
pertanyaan No. 6, Perseroan terus
berkoordinasi dengan Kementerian Energi
dan Sumber Daya Mineral Republik Indonesia
dan instansi terkait untuk pemenuhan seluruh
persyaratan perizinan ekspor konsentrat.

Informasi/ kejadian penting lainnya yang
material — dan dapat mempengaruhi
kelangsungan hidup perusahaan serta dapat
mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan.

Tanggapan Perseroan:

Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, tidak ada
informasi atau fakta atau kejadian penting
lainnya yang menurut Perseroan material dan
dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup
Perseroan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga
saham Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan
oleh Perseroan kepada publik atau belum
berada di ranah publik.

evaluation, the MEMR shall approve or
reject the application for a
recommendation

Target for the Company to obtain
concentrate export permits.

Company's Response:

The Company continues to coordinate
closely with the relevant authorities and
hopes that the process can be completed
soon to support the smooth continuation of
its operations and the Company's fiscal
contribution to the state.

Efforts to be conducted by the Company to
Immediately complete the licensing
process.

Referring to the Company's response to
guestion number 6, the Company continues
to coordinate with the Ministry of Energyand
Mineral Resources of the Republic of
Indonesia and other relevant authorities to
fulfill all reguirements for obtaining the
concentrate export permit.

Other important information/events that
are materjaland may affect the survival of
the company and may affect the
company's share price.

Up to the date of this letter, there is no other
important information or facts or events
that the Company believes are material and
may affect the survival of the Company and
may affect the Company's share price that
have not been disclosed by the Company to
