Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Kami menyampaikan rencana pembelian kembali Perseroan
dengan uraian Perkiraan jawal, biaya pembelian kembali
saham dan perkiraan jumlah nilai nominal seluruh saham yang
akan dibeli kembali sebagaimana terlampir.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan menilai penurunan kas yang akan digunakan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sebagai sumber pendanaan untuk pelaksanaan pembelian
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kembali saham Perseroan tidak akan mempengaruhi kegiatan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau usaha dan operasional Perseroan, terutama dalam
Perusahaan Publik melaksanakan kewajiban Perseroan kepada Tertanggung
mengingat Perseroan telah memiliki modal kerja yang cukup
untuk menjalankan kegiatan usaha dan operasionalnya.
Dengan adanya pembelian kembali saham Perseroan,
diharapkan akan menyebabkan harga saham di masa
mendatang menjadi lebih stabil dan berdampak positif bagi
pemegang saham Perseroan.
