Type of Information Capital Injection to PT Jakarta Tollroad Development (“YTD”) amounted to IDR 107.575.029.822,- as a part of the follow-up to the Capital Injection Plan disclosed in the Information Disclosure letter No. 085/IRP/CS/VI/2025 dated June 23, 2025. 3 | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan merujuk pada Peraturan OJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk (“Perseroan”) dengan ini menginformasikan bahwa Perseroan telah melakukan Setoran Modal sebesar Rp. 107.575.029.822,- sesuai dengan persentase kepemilikan Perseroan di JTD sebesar 39,98X. Dimana transaksi ini merupakan satu rangkaian kegiatan atas transaksi yang sudah disampaikan dalam Keterbukaan Informasi Awal dengan memperoleh Fairness Opinion. Descriptions of Information Referring to the Financial Service Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding on Disclosure of Information or Material Fact by Issuer or Public Company, PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk (“Company”) hereby inform that Company has sent the Written Confirmation to JTD for the ability to make The Paid Up Capital amount IDR 107.575.029.822,- according to the percentage of the Company's ownership in JTD of 399856.
