Merujuk kepada (i) Surat Perseroan No. 814/BL/CORSEC/SURAT/III/2025 tanggal
25 Maret 2025 dan No. 891/BL/CORSEC/SURAT/VII/2025 tanggal 3 Juli 2025,
keduanya tentang Keterbukaan Informasi terkait Rencana Pembelian Kembali Saham
Perseroan, (ii) Peraturan OJK Nomor 13 Tahun 2023 tentang Kebijakan dalam
Menjaga Kinerja dan Stabilitas Pasar Modal Pada Kondisi Pasar Yang Berfluktuasi
Secara Signifikan (“POJK 13/2023”), (iii) Peraturan OJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015
tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan
Publik, dan (iv) Surat Keputusan Direksi BEI No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30
September 2022 tentang Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, bersama ini kami sampaikan informasi material sebagai berikut: /
Referring to (i) the Company’s Letter No. 814/BL/CORSEC/SURAT/III/2025 dated
25 March 2025 and No. 891/BL/CORSEC/SURAT/VII/2025 dated 3 July 2025, both
on Disclosure of Information on Share Buyback Plan of the Company, (ii) OJK
Regulation No. 13 of 2023 regarding Policies in Maintaining Capital Market
Performance and Stability in Significantly Fluctuating Market Conditions ("POJK
13/2023"), (iii) OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Material
Information or Facts of Issuers or Public Companies, and (iv) the Decision of the
Chairman of the IDX No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022 on
Regulation No. I-E on Obligation to Information Disclosure, we hereby inform you of
the following material information:

Material Information or Facts telah dikeluarkan dan tercatat di Bursa Efek
Indonesia (“Bursa Efek”) sesuai POJK
13/2023, Peraturan OJK Nomor 29 Tahun
2023 tentang Pembelian Kembali Saham yang
Dikeluarkan Oleh Perusahaan Terbuka dan
Surat Edaran OJK No. S-102/D.04/2025
tanggal 17 September 2025 tentang Kebijakan
Pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham Yang
Dikeluarkan oleh Perusahaan Terbuka dalam
Kondisi Pasar yang Berfluktuasi Secara
Signifikan (“Surat OJK No. S-102/2025”).
Pembelian Kembali Saham akan dilakukan
melalui Bursa Efek maupun di luar Bursa Efek,
baik secara bertahap maupun sekaligus, dan
diselesaikan paling lambat 3 (tiga) bulan
terhitung sejak tanggal 30 Oktober 2025
sampai dengan 29 Januari 2026.
Sesuai dengan Pasal 7 POJK 13/2023 dan
Surat OJK No. S-102/2025, Perseroan dapat
melaksanakan Pembelian Kembali Saham
tanpa memperoleh persetujuan terlebih dahulu
dari Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS)

The Company plans to conduct buyback of the
Company's shares that have been issued and
listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange
(“Stock Exchange”) in accordance with
POJK 13/2023, OJK Regulation No. 29 of
2023 regarding the Share Buyback Issued by
Public Companies and OJK Circular Letter No.
S-102/D.04/2025 dated 17 September 2025
concerning the Policy on the Implementation
of Share Buyback by Public Companies under
Significantly Fluctuating Market Conditions

("OJK Letter No. S-102/2025"). The
Buyback of Shares will be conducted through
the Stock Exchange or outside the Stock
Exchange, either gradually or all at once, and
completed no later than 3 (three) months from
30 October 2025 to 29 January 2026.
In accordance with Article 7 of POJK 13/2023
and OJK Letter No. S-102/2025, the Company
may conduct Share Buyback without
obtaining prior approval from the Company's
General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi, Pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham tidak
atau fakta material tersebut akan memberikan dampak negatif yang
terhadap kegiatan operasional, material terhadap kinerja operasional dan
hukum, kondisi keuangan, pendapatan Perseroan, karena Perseroan pada
atau kelangsungan usaha saat ini memiliki modal dan arus kas yang
