Tahun 2025 Tahap I (SUJP)
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan melakukan pembelian SUJP Danantara berupa:
1) SUJP Seri A senilai Rp 250.000.000.000 (dua ratus
lima puluh miliar Rupiah) dengan bunga sebesar 2% (dua
persen) per tahun dan periode jatuh tempo sampai dengan 22
Oktober 2030;
2) SUJP Seri B senilai Rp 250.000.000.000 (dua ratus
lima puluh miliar Rupiah) dengan bunga sebesar 2% (dua
persen) per tahun dan periode jatuh tempo sampai dengan 21
Oktober 2032.
Total nilai investasi ini adalah sebesar 1.76% (satu koma tujuh
enam persen) dari ekuitas Perseroan berdasarkan laporan
keuangan tahunan Perseroan yang telah diaudit pada tanggal
31 Desember 2024. Dengan demikian, investasi ini bukan
merupakan Transaksi Material sebagaimana dimaksud dalam
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 17/POJK.04/2020
tertanggal 21 April 2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan
Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha Utama.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Investasi ini tidak berdampak material terhadap kondisi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan keuangan maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Namun
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, demikian, partisipasi ini mencerminkan komitmen Perseroan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan dan program
Perusahaan Publik pemerintah dalam pengelolaan lingkungan.

Purchase of Long-Term Debt Securities Offered Without a
Type of Material Information or Facts Public Offering in Stages by PT Danantara Investment
Management (Persero) (Danantara) in 2025 Phase I (SUJP)
Description of Material Information or The Company purchased Danantara SUJP in the following
Facts forms:
1) Series A SUJP in amount of IDR 250,000,000,000 (two
hundred and fifty billion Rupiah) with an interest rate of 2%
(two percent) per annum and a maturity period of October 22,
2030;
2) Series B SUJP in amount of IDR 250,000,000,000 (two
hundred and fifty billion Rupiah) with an interest rate of 2%
(two percent) per annum and a maturity period of October 21,
2032.
The total value of this investment represents 1.76% (one point
seventy-six percent) of the Company's equity based on the
Company's audited annual financial statements as of
December 31, 2024. Therefore, this investment does not
constitute a Material Transaction as defined in Financial
Services Authority Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 dated
April 21, 2020 on Material Transactions and Changes to Main
Business Activities.
Impact of event, material information or This investment does not have a material impact on the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's financial condition or business continuity. However,
Company’s operational activities, legal, this participation reflects the Company's commitment to
financial condition, or going concern supporting sustainable development and government
programs in environmental management.
