juta enam ratus lima puluh ribu Dolar Amerika Serikat) untuk pembelian 1
(satu) unit kapal LPG tanker, yang selaras dengan strategi Perseroan untuk
melakukan diversifikasi ke sektor maritim terkait. Dengan demikian, nilai
jaminan yang diberikan adalah untuk menjamin sebanyak-banyaknya 45%
dari fasilitas yang diterima PT Pulau Kelapa Perkasa dari PT Bank Mandiri
(Persero) Tbk tersebut.
Transaksi ini tidak mengandung benturan kepentingan dan semua informasi
material telah diungkapkan dalam laporan ini, serta informasi tersebut tidak
menyesatkan.
This transaction constitutes a requirement for the provision of a facility by PT
Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk to PT Pulau Kelapa Perkasa amounting to USD
4,650,000 (four million six hundred fifty thousand United States Dollars) for
the acquisition of 1 (one) unit of LPG tanker vessel, which is aligned with the
Company’s strategy to diversify into related maritime sectors. Therefore, the
guaranteed value provided shall secure up to a maximum of 45% of the facility
received by PT Pulau Kelapa Perkasa from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
This transaction does not contain any conflict of interest, and all material
information has been disclosed in this report and is not misleading.
