Hingga saat ini Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan
dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan.

4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan
Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

Penjelasan :

Hingga saat ini Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu
sebagaimana diatur dalam Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan
Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Penjelasan :
Perseroan belum memiliki rencana korporasi dalam 3 bulan mendatang.

6. Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan? Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada

pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Penjeiasan :

Kami telah mengkonfirmasikan kepada pemegang saham, hingga saat ini belum ada rencana
pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

Answer :

To date, the company has no knowledge of any information, facts, or other significant events that
could impact the price of its securities, as stipulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation
Number 31/POJK.04/2015 on the Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies.

2. Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value ofthe company's
Securities or the investment decisions of investors as regulated in Rule Number I-E: Obligation to
Submit Information in points IIl.2.1 and IV.2.1 Attachment to Decision of the Board of Directors of
the Indonesia Stock Exchange Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021

To date, the company has no material information or events that could impact its securities' price or
its viability.

4. Isthe Company aware of the activities of certain shareholders as regulated in Ie Financial Services
Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 concemning Ownership Reports or Any Changes in
Share Ownership of a Public Company.

Answer :

To date, the company has not received any shareholder activity reporis mandated by Financial
Services Authority Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding ownership or changes in ownership
of public company shares.

5. Does the Company have plans to take corporate action in the near future, including corporate plans
that will result in the listing ofthe Company's shares on the Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)?

Answer :

The company does not have any corporate plans for the next 3 months.

6. Are there any plans from the major shareholders regarding their share ownership of the Company?
In this case, the Corporate Secretary should ask the major shareholders to answer the confirmation.

We have confirmed to shareholders that, to date, no plans have been established regarding the
